Williamsburg Dental consists of five dental offices across Lincoln, NE, one in Crete, NE, and is growing! We're recruiting doctors who are highly-trained and comfortable doing many types of procedures. Internal CE is organized within our group and any additional CE opportunities that you may be interested in will be supported and encouraged. Because the doctors we hire are skilled and eager to learn, our senior doctors do not have to, nor will they, dictate treatment. Benefits include a guaranteed base salary for one year and paid on net production, thereafter. We offer a 401k, paid cell phone, health insurance, Williamsburg Dental gear, etc. Our weekly on-call system is shared among doctors, with assistants screening each call, which means our doctors only end up being on-call one week every few months.
