Dr. Castaing was unique in that she had always enjoyed going to the dentist as a child, with her favorite part being the strawberry-flavored fluoride foam trays! As she got older, learned more about the profession, and saw how it would let her serve people and connect with her community, her mind was made up. Helping people find comfort, health, and confidence through her work is an experience unlike any other, and she’s eager to welcome you into her practice.
Dr. Castaing grew up in a bilingual household, so she’s proud to be able to (mostly!) speak Spanish in addition to being fluent in English. She married her high school sweetheart, who shares her passion for dentistry and is attending UNMC for his orthodontic residency. When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking, trying new coffee places, and having cozy nights in with her two beautiful cats (her pride and joy).
